Peaceful, cosy, bright apartment on 3rd floor, with elevator in a new (2019), quiet and safe building with a concierge / reception during the day time. There is underfloor heating, and the apartment is on Heidelberger Str., in the area of Neukolln / Alt-Treptow. Close to the canal, local attractions and transport links to the rest of the city.
I am moving away from Berlin, so initially this is a trial period, and should all go well, I will provide support and a reference for the tenant to take over the contract on a long term basis.
Please note that this is a quiet building, with some elderly neighbours, so I am looking for a very respectful sub-tenant. No smoking inside, and it only suits one person (preferably female).
No pets or partygoers, and no illegal downloading/ streaming (due to strict German laws)
The nearest U-Bahn station is Rathaus Neukölln (U7) on Karl Marx Str, the nearest S-Bahn station is Treptow Park (S41, S42, S9, S8) and the closest transport link is the bus stop (M43, 166) at the end of the street, which brings you directly to Ostkreuz for a fast link to the airport and the rest of Germany.
