Ich werde für 5 Monate im Sommer (Mai-September) für einen Forschungsaufenthalt nach Kopenhagen gehen und möchte meine Wohnung in Neukölln gegen eine Wohnung oder ein WG-Zimmer in Kopenhagen tauschen.
Meine frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer. Außerdem gibt es ein modernes Bad, sowie eine gute eingerichtete Küche. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt: TV (mit riesigem Sofa), Plattenspieler, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Home Office Desk :)

I will be staying in Copenhagen for 5 months this summer (May-September) for a research visit this summer and would like to swap my flat in Neukölln for a flat or a room in a shared place in Copenhagen.
My newly renovated flat has a large living room and a separate bedroom. It also has a modern bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The flat is equipped with everything the heart desires: a TV (with a massive couch), record player, washing machine, dishwasher and a desk that's great for working from home :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen Neuköllns, ganz in der Nähe vom Hermannplatz. Der Kanal ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und in der Gegend gibt es mehr Bars, Restaurants und Cafes als man überhaupt nur ausprobieren kann. Am Tempelhofer Feld ist man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten. Obwohl man in einem sehr belebten Kiez ist, ist die Wohnung super ruhig, da sie zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, U7 und U8 sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und Supermärkte und Geschäfte gibt es alle in einem 10 Minuten Radius zu Fuß.

The flat is in the heart of Neukölln, very close to Hermannplatz. The canal is just around the corner and the neighbourhood has more bars, restaurants and cafes than any one person can try out in a few months. Tempelhofer Feld is 15 minutes away by foot. Although the flat is an a very lively neighbourhood, it is super quiet since it faces the courtyard of the building. Public transport (U7 and U8) is 3 minutes walking and all supermarket chains and other stores are within a 10 minute radius by foot.

Die Wohnung eignet sich super für eine Person oder ein Paar. Wenn du einen Sommer in Berlins tollster Gegend verbringen möchtest ist die Wohnung genau das richtige für dich! Ich würde mich freuen, wenn sie eine Person genießen kann, die sie genau so wertschätzt wie ich, während ich weg bin :)
