You’ll find plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and small shops in the immediate area. Public transport connections are excellent, with the U8 (Boddinstraße) and several bus lines nearby.

Keine Haustiere, keine wilden Partys. Vorraussetzung: Du musst Pflanzenliebhaber sein, der/die sich um unsere grünen Mitbewohner kümmert.
Die Wohnung muss am Ende der Mietzeit in demselben Zustand zurückgegeben werden, in dem sie übernommen wurde. Alle Möbel und Utensilien sollten an ihrem ursprünglichen Platz stehen. Die Wohnung muss sauber und gereinigt übergeben werden, einschließlich gewaschener Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. We are looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of our home. No pets, no wild parties. Plant lovers are welcome, as some of our green roommates need watering.
