QUIET FLAT IN NEUKÖLLN for ONLY ONE person from 28.04.2025 till 26.05.2025.

We would like to sublet our simple and quiet home in Neukölln while we are away from April 28th 2025 till May 26th 2025, (4 weeks).

We are looking for ONE RESPONSIBLE and NON-SMOKER (that means no parties and respecting the place), a quiet person who could take care of the place in our absence, that can feel Her/himself here at home.
As we all know about the increasing price of the electricity, you must be conscious and responsable with the use of water and electricity.

The Flat is very silent and quiet ( the neighborhood as well) with a lot of sunlight. It has one big kitchen, one bedroom, one living room, WC and shower, WiFi Internet and FLAT RATE PHONE inside Germany, from fix to fix, not to any Handy. Registration ( ANMELDUNG) unfortunately is not possible.

It is located by the water channel near Treptower Park and the forest with very good connection with public transportation.

It is a green and quiet area in the south east of Berlin.

The monthly rent is 890 euros ( all expenses included, water/heat/electricity/wifi/) and we ask for a deposit of 200 Euros that will be returned after we are back and checked that everything is fine.

We will be giving priority in principle to those ones who are already in Berlin and/or those ones able to came personally, so we can meet for seeing the flat and getting to know each other.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL REPLY JUST TO THOSE ONE THAT WE FEEL COULD MATCH WITH OUR SEARCH. In case you do not hear back from us, thanks a lot for contacting and understanding wishing you good luck in your further quest.
