Sanierte ruhige Altbau-Wohnung mit sonnigem Balkon in beliebter Gegend

Lust auf eine wunderschöne Wohnungsaffäre? Ich bin geeignet für eine Person oder 2 Personen die sich sehr gut verstehen (Pärchen)

Knapp sechs Monate stehe ich zur Verfügung. Ich bin eine gemütliche sanierte 2 Zimmer Altbau- Wohnung.

Du mietest mich voll möbeliert mit allem was eine Wohnung so hat und braucht: bequeme Möbel, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, TV etc. Wlan inklusive (Telefonate in dt. Festnetz auch)

Ich bin eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung und das soll auch so bleiben, auf meinem Balkon kannst du so viel rauchen wie du magst.

Ich freue mich wenn du dich hier einfach wohlfühlst! Und mit mir freundlich umgehst :-)

Wenn ich interessant für dich bin dann schreib mir, bitte sag auch ein paar Sätze zu dir und warum du gern Zeit bei mir für 6 Monate Zeit verbringen möchtest.

Do you look for a litte nice Living-Affair?

I´m free for 6 months. I´m perfect for one person or a couple.
I´m a new flat in an old building, in a typical Berlin "Hinterhaus" - so it is very quiet.

I have two rooms.

I´m located in a very hip(ster) area close to bars, cafés and little shops. Two big parks and the canal with its Maybachufer is also very close. (by walk in 5 min).
From me you walk 5 min to the Hermannplatz wherefrom you can start with busses or the subway U7 or U8. (10 min you are at the Alexanderplatz and in ca.20 min at the Mauerpark)

You rent me full furnished with everything that a flat must have (comfortable furniture, washing maschine, dishwasher etc. wifi is inclusive (as well as talks to german fixed line-numbers)

I´m a non-smoking flat, so please leave me like this. on my balkony you can smoke how much you want ;-)
