Tranquilo y Encantador piso en Charming Kreuzkölln Quiet and Charming Flat in Charming Kreuzkölln

Estaré fuera durante diez meses y me gustaría alquilar mi apartamento limpio y encantador a una mujer responsable y cariñosa.

Se encuentra en el encantador barrio de Kreuzkölln (perfectamente entre los animados distritos de Kreuzberg y Neukölln) donde hay muchos cafés y restaurantes encantadores. También es un tiro de piedra del Canal de Landwehr, donde tienen el mercado turco todos los martes y viernes.

El apartamento en sí es simple, pero todo lo que necesita para una estancia confortable está disponible: cocina estufa, lavadora, hervidor eléctrico, nevera, cama (nueva), escritorio, perchero de ropa, y por supuesto, conexión a Internet.

Sólo algunas cosas a tener en cuenta: No puedo acomodar mascotas o fumadores. Registrar el apartamento en el Bürgeramt (Anmeldung) sería imposible.

I will be away for ten months and I would like to rent out my clean and charming flat to a responsible and caring female.

It is in the lovely neighborhood of Kreuzkölln (perfectly wedged between the lively districts of Kreuzberg and Neukölln) where there are a lot of charming cafes and restaurants. It's also a stone's throw away from the Landwehr Canal, where they have the Turkish Market every Tuesdays and Fridays.

The flat itself is simple, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is available: cooking stove, washing machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, bed (new), desk, clothes rack, and of course, internet connection.

Just a few things to note: I cannot accommodate pets or smokers. Registering the apartment at the Bürgeramt (Anmeldung) would be impossible.
