We’re subletting our beautiful 4-room Altbau apartment in Schillerkiez from December 30 to April 10. Ideally we would like to rent it to small family, couple, or two close friends. Above all, we’re searching for someone who will treat our truly special home with care and appreciation.

Things to keep in mind:
- The apartment faces a main street, so there’s some daytime noise from traffic (and the occasional siren—part of the realities of living in a city I guess).
- Ideally we would like to sublet out to individuals who know one another already and will take the place for the entire duration.

Rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet) and the fully furnished setup.
