Wir möchten gerne unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im lebhaften Neukölln untervermieten vom 15. Oktober 2024 bis Ende Januar 2025. Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, eine große Küche mit allem was man braucht. Insgesamt 90qm.
Das Bad hat eine Wanne und eine Waschmaschine haben wir auch.
Wir haben ein Zimmer als Kinderzimmer umgestaltet - es kann aber auch als ganz normales Zimmer benutzt werden, wir räumen nach Absprache die Spielsachen gerne weg.
Die Bushaltestelle "Erkstraße" ist nur 1 Minute Fußweg entfernt und die U-Bahn Station "Rathaus Neukölln" ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg.
Meldet euch, solltet ihr Interesse haben.
1900€ warm pro Monat (inkl. W-Lan, Strom etc.). Der genaue Einzugs- und Auszugstag kann flexibel besprochen werden. Mehr Fotos schicke ich dir dann gerne zu.

We would like to sublet our beautiful 3-room apartment in vibrant Neukölln from 15 October 2024 until end of January 2025. You will have 3 rooms and a big kitchen with everything you need. The apartment has 90 sqm.
The bathroom has a tub and we also have a washing machine in the apartment.
One room is a kids room, but can also be used as a normal bedroom, we're happy to remove the toys.
The area is perfect for families or singles/couples with lots of coffee shops, boutique shops, bars and playgrounds around.

1900€ per month including everything (WIFI, electricity). The exact move-in and move-out day can be discussed and is flexible.
