Short term 2 rooms in Schillerkiez 28.03 till 28.04 2025

Hello! I'm renting my apartment from 28 march till 28 april.
Is located in Schillerkiez Neukölln, next to Tempelhofer Feld. Is a big apartment (78m2) suitable for one person or couple.
There are many restaurants, bars and coffee shops around. The closest subway is 4 minutes by walking (Leinestrasse U8) and 12 minutes for S Hermannstrasse.
I also have 2 cats, they're super friendly and easy to get along with. One is more shy and the other likes to be cuddle. So it would be great if I have someone during this period who is pet friendly and of course who doesn't have cat allergy.
Because of that I am offering a cheaper price for the rent.
Total of the rent: 900 euro, plus 200 deposit.

Befindet sich in Schillerkiez Neukölln, neben dem Tempelhofer Feld. Ist eine große Wohnung (78m2) für eine Person oder ein Paar geeignet.
Es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés in der Umgebung. Die nächste U-Bahn ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß (Leinestrasse U8) und 12 Minuten zur S Hermannstraße.
Ich habe auch 2 Katzen, sie sind super freundlich und leicht zu verstehen. Einer ist schüchterner und der andere kuschelt gern. Es wäre also großartig, wenn ich in dieser Zeit jemanden hätte, der tierfreundlich ist und natürlich keine Katzenallergie hat.
Aus diesem Grund biete ich einen günstigeren Preis für die Miete an.
Gesamtmiete: 900 Euro plus 200 Kaution.
