Beautiful furnished flat in Neukölln Schillerkiez with balcony

Beautiful flat with balcony available 20th February , maybe longer, in Neukölln (Schillerkiez).

The flat looks over a back courtyard and is extremely peaceful. Because it's on the fourth floor and south-facing the flat is very light, but thanks to good Altbau quality and high ceilings it doesn't get too hot, either, even when the weather warms up.

Flat is fully equipped including internet, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner etc. The kitchen has spices and other staples you can use. You're welcome to use my bike, too, so you'll really have everything you need.

The layout is a little different now from on the pictures - there's now a comfy double bed in the main room (the room that leads to the balcony), along with the sofa. This room has space cleared for you to store your things in chest of drawers.

Since the photos were taken, the flat has also been entirely repainted, so is now fresh and lovely!

There is also a lovely little study room, not pictured, with a large desk you can work at. Note that I do have a few things stored in this room, however.

I love this place and can't imagine you wouldn't love it too.
