The apartment:
At the top of an AltBau building directly on Richardplatz, you will find our large, bright apartment. Entering directly into the main living space, you have windows directly onto Richardplatz. This is a great place to relax and watch the sun set with 3 sofas and a podest bed in the winter garden, all to enjoy the view. Feel the sun on the kitchen side in the morning and can watch the sun set over Richardplatz in the evening.

Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals and you can enjoy these at a 3 seater table in the kitchen or a 3 seater table in the main living space.

We offer two bedrooms, one large with a balcony and one slightly smaller, both with double beds, warm bedding and hanging storage for your clothing.

Our home has 1.5 bathrooms. The main bathroom is large with a comfortable bath and shower. The second bathroom is a guest toilet.

Two people can work from our apartment with absolute pleasure. In the main bedroom is a cozy and quiet desk with a beautiful view of the sky all day and the dining table in the main living space is also perfect for focused work time.

Our apartment is located 10 minutes walk from S-bahn Sonnenallee, and U-bahn Karl Marx Straße (u7) with grocery stores, a bakery, restaurants, bars and art galleries all within easy walking distance. 17 minutes walk will bring you to the lively Neukolln arcaden or bars on the Trendy Weser Strasse.
