Im Arbeitszimmer ist eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet (Induktionsherd, Geschirrspülmaschine). Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Internet/WLan vorhanden, Im Innenhof kann man sein Fahrrad abstellen.
Miete warm 1550,- Kaution 500,-
Die Wohnung ist geeigent für ein Paar und max 1 weitere Person.

We are renting our flat in Rixdorf/Neukölln for the summer. It is on the 4th floor, 90m2 with 2 balconies. The bedroom is located quietly to the inner courtyard (+balcony), the living room south side to the street (2nd balcony). The kitchen is fully equipped (induction cooker, dishwasher). Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. There is another sleeping possibility in the study. Internet/WLan available, You can park your bike in the courtyard.

The flat is suitable for a couple and max. 1 further person.
Zur S und UBahn Neukölln läuft man weniger als 5min und ist damit perfekt angebunden. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufweite sowie einige schöne Cafés und Bars in Rixdorf. Der Richardplatz, Böhmischer Platz sowie der Körnerpark sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
The Ringbahn with the station Neukölln S-Bahn and UBahn are less than 5 minutes away. So you are perfectly connected with the rest of the city. There are shopping facilities within walking distance as well as some nice cafés and bars in Rixdorf. Richardplatz, Böhmischer Platz and Körnerpark are just a few minutes' walk away.
Wir freuen uns über vertrauenswürdige Zwischenmieter:innen, der gut mit der Wohnung umgeht. Es ist ein Haus, in dem Leute leben und arbeiten, wir bitten also um einen respektvollen Umgang d.h. keine Parties und keine laute Musik. Außerdem bitten wir Euch in der Wohnung nicht zu rauchen. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Wir übergeben die Wohnung gereinigt und hätten die Wohnung so auch gerne wieder zurück. Die Reinigungsmittel stellen wir. Es wäre super, wenn ihr unsere Pflanzen in den Wochen gießen könnt.

We are looking for a trustworthy person who will live in and take care of our flat while we're away. Please note, it is a house where people live and work, so we ask for respectful behaviour, i.e. no parties and no loud music. We also ask you not to smoke in the flat. Pets are not allowed.
We hand over the flat cleaned and would like to have it back in the same condition. We will provide the cleaning materials. It would be great if you could water our plants during the weeks.
