Spacious Apartment in the Heart of Neukölln (one month sublease)

Die Wohnung liegt im herzen Neuköllns, in der Friedelstraße. Die Weserstraße, mit ihren vielen Bars und Cafes als auch der Landwehrkanal mit seinem bekannten Nowkoelln-Flohmarkt, dem Bouleplatz und den angrenzenden Cafés sind nur drei Gehminuten weit entfernt.

Mit dem dem in 5 Gehminuten nahegelegenen Hermannplatz (U7/U8), der mit dem M41 Bus auch eine Direktverbindung zum Hauptbahnhof besitzt, bist du darüber hinaus perfekt angebunden.

The apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln, in Friedelstraße. The Weserstraße, with its many bars as well as the Landwehrkanal with its famous Nowkoelln flea market, the Bouleplatz and the neighboring cafes are only a three-minute walk away.

With the nearby Hermannplatz (U7/U8), which is a 5-minute walk away and also has a direct connection to the main train station with the M41 bus, you are also perfectly connected.

Mietvertrag
Die Untervermietung ist mit der Hausverwaltung abgestimmt. Um allen beteiligten Seiten die größtmögliche Sicherheit zu geben, wird ein offizieller Untermietvertrag aufgesetzt, mit den entsprechenden Ausweiskopien. Mit der Vertragsunterzeichnung muss die Kaution (1.000 Euro) hinterlegt werden. Die Miete wird mit dem Einzug zum 1.10. fällig.

Allgemeines
Die Wohnung (und die Möbel) sind mir sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Deswegen lege ich sehr viel Wert darauf, dass sie gut behandelt werden und die Wohnung wieder sauber übergeben. Auch ist es mir wichtig die Mieter*in zumindest über Zoom kennen zu lernen. Selbstverständlich ist eine (Online-)Besichtigung möglich!

Rental agreement
The sublease is coordinated with the property manager. To give all parties involved the greatest possible security, an official sublease contract is drawn up, with the appropriate copies of identification. The deposit of 1.000 Euro must be paid when the contract is signed. The rent is due when you move in on 1.10.

General
The apartment (and the furniture) are very dear to me. Therefore I attach great importance to treating them well and to hand over the apartment clean again. It is also important for me to get to know the tenant at least via Zoom. Of course, an (online) visit is possible!
