This bright and quiet apartment on the 3rd floor is fully furnished and features:
Kitchen: Stove, oven, dishwasher, etc.
Bathroom: Bathtub/shower + washing machine
Home Office: External monitor + high-speed internet
Living Room: West-facing with couch, projector, and dining table + a small cozy balcony with a view of Körnerpark

Empfehlenswerte Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.

Es handelt sich um eine Zwischenmiete. Es wäre schön, wenn die Pflanzen in der Wohnung bleiben könnten. Entsprechend müsste man sie dann allerdings.
Vermiete eigentlich zwischen 15.2 und 5.3.24, aber bin flexibel bei den Daten. Optional außerdem verlängerbar bis 01.04.24, aber dann nach persönlicher Absprache!
