Beautiful apartment located in an incredibly lively and fun street, friedelstraße. It is in between weserstraße and the canal and the street has plenty of wine bars, restaurants and places to just sit and enjoy the festive months with friends. Our apartment has a bedroom and a loungeroom with a balcony and is located on the fourth floor meaning natural sunlight all day long. It is 57 square metre and is newly renovated. We have really put our heart and soul into the apartment, with lots of plants and cosy and warm toned furniture and wish to have someone stay who will love and respect the space. During the colder months, our lounge room is the perfect place for cute dinner dates with friends or to just get cosy and watch Netflix on the tv.
Price is 1400 euros warm for the month, this includes bills and especially is a little higher because of the increase in gas. Looking ideally for a couple who wants to integrate their lives here in Berlin, but also open to a single person.
