I am out of the City for a couple of months at the beginning of the year and so subletting my apartment. I will leave everything here, there is internet, a dish washer, a washing machine, a bathtub, well-functioning heating, so you just have to bring your clothes.
You can contact me for photos. Maybe you can also stay longer, but no guarantee on that.
The area is really nice, walkable distance to all the cafés, still calm though central, with a small sleeping room and a big living room. The furnishing is simple, but everything you need is there.
I would prefer a non-smoker, but you can smoke in the interior courtyard with no problem. If you want to get to know Berlin or how it is to live here, then this is the perfect opportunity. Please let me know who you are and if you are interested, so we can meet or video-call.
