i'm subletting my beautiful apartment in kollwitzkiez (prenzlauer berg) for 2 weeks, may 21-june 4

4 meter high ceilings altbau, great light for the whole day, big bedroom with terrace, big living room w a projector and tons of art and photography books, bathroom w bathtub and window + separate wc, kitchen with everything you need and a million complimentary teabags. 825€ total & looking for someone for the entire period.

i work from home so you have everything you need for that - a walking pad, computer stand, etc. this is my home and finding someone who's a good fit is important to me - i'm looking for people who are quiet, responsible, and would take good care of my place and my plants.

Right by Kollwitzplatz and U2 Senefelderplatz. Only a few minutes to the M1, M2 and 12. You can get to Schönhauser Allee in 10-15 minutes where you can get the Ringbahn S41 ans S42 and a few other trains.

You can walk to Mitte/ Alexanderplatz in less than 30 minutes.

There's an elevator in the building.

My apartment would be suitable for a couple or two friends (the living room is spacious and I have an extra 150x200 mattress that you can use).
