El apartamento bien amueblado tiene todo lo que necesita, un dormitorio, un amplio salón, una cocina donde todo está listo para cocinar o tomar un café y un buen baño con bañera. No olvidar el balcón donde se puede beber té en el sol de la mañana. Como el apartamento está situado en el segundo piso en el edificio en la parte posterior es súper tranquilo para dormir.

50qm apartment in a nice and calm neighbourhood right next to the hot spot Mauerpark (especially a Sunday Must-Go). The well furnished apartment has all you need, one bed room, a spacious living room, a kitchen where all is set to cook or have a coffee and a nice bathroom with a bathtub. Not to forget the balcony where you can drink tea in the morning sun. As the apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the building in the back it is super calm to sleep.
