It’s ideal for singles, couples, or friends as only a maximum of 2 people can stay. The apartment is located in a peaceful area with great access to public transport, supermarkets, and parks nearby. The apartment has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, and a spacious living room.
Requirements:
I’m looking for tenants who are respectful of the apartment and the neighborhood.
The following conditions are important:
Maximum 2 people.
No parties, gatherings, or loud activities – this is a quiet building with respectful neighbors.
Cleanliness is a priority. Please take care of the apartment and ensure it stays in good condition throughout your stay.
The apartment must be handed back in the same clean condition as it was received, including a thorough cleaning before departure.
No smoking inside the apartment.
No pets allowed.
Other Information:
The apartment comes fully furnished with everything you need, including kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc.
High-speed internet, electricity, water, and heating are all included in the rent.
A security deposit is required and will be returned upon the successful inspection of the apartment at the end of your stay.
