I would like to rent out my 85 sqm apartment for a short-term stay. It's available from December 23rd, but I'm flexible if you prefer to start from early January. You can rent it for anything between 1 to 3 months. Potential to extend for another 1-3 months (to be discussed).

• Two bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom with bathtub
• Well equipped kitchen with everything you may need
• Balcony!
• Toddler furniture available if needed
• 5th floor with elevator
• 5 minutes away from tram M8 and UBahn U2; 7 min away from M4.
• located between the busy Tostrasse in Mitte and the calm, walkable streets of Prenzlauer Berg. 15 minutes walk to Rosenthaler Platz
• EDEKA (supermarket) right down in the building

Conditions:
• Maximum 2 adults or a family with two children
• 1950€/month all bills included

Also possible to rent it just for the Christmas Holiday (23rd of December until 1st of January).
