Helle Altbauwohnung zur Zwischenmiete

Die Wohnung befindest sich im Vorderhaus eines wunderschönen Altbaus direkt in der Winsstrasse, Prenzlauer Berg.
Es gibt zwei Zimmer von denen eins als Wohnzimmer und das andere als Schlafzimmer angelegt sind, daher ist eine WG nicht möglich / erwünscht.
Zudem gibt es eine Küche, Badezimmer und Balkon.
Die anderen Mieter im Haus sind ruhig, sauber und respektvoll, daher bitte keine Party People.
Keine Anmeldung. Keine Haustiere. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon. Pflanzenliebhaber präferiert :-)

The apartment is located in the 4. floor of a beautiful old building directly in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg.
There are two rooms of which one is the sleeping and the other the living room. Therefore a shared flat situation is not possible. There are also a nice big kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
Everyone in the house is calm, respectful and quiet, so I´m also looking for renters like this.
No Anmeldung. No pets. Smoking only on balcony. Plant lovers are preferred :-)
