Schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung - 20.2. - 3.3.2025

Hi,
ich vermiete vom 20.02.25 - 03.03.25 (in diesem Zeitraum flexibel) meine möblierte, saubere und helle Zwei-Zimmerwohnung in Prenzlauer Berg für eine bis zwei Personen (330€ für den gesamten Zeitraum, oder 40€ pro Nacht). Ein großes Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafcouch), ein kleineres Schlafzimmer, separate Küche und Waschmaschine, gefliestes Bad mit Badewanne. Altbau, 2. OG im Hinterhaus, hohe Decken, Dielen in den Zimmern und Flur, Wifi Internet. Sie liegt an der Gubitzstraße im Prenzlauer Berg nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Prenzlauer Allee oder Greifswalderstraße (Ringbahn, S 8, S 9) und zur Tramstation (M2/M4). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka) sind auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

Hi,
I'm renting out my furnished, clean, and bright two-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg from February 20, 2025, to March 3rd, 2025 (flexible in that time), for one or two person (330€ for the 11 nights, or 40€ per night). It features a spacious living room (with a sofa bed), a smaller bedroom, a separate kitchen with a washing machine, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Situated in an old building, it's on the 2nd floor at the back of the house, high ceilings, hardwood floors in the rooms and hallway, and WiFi internet. It's located on Gubitzstraße in Prenzlauer Berg, just a 7-minute walk to the S-Bahn stations Prenzlauer Allee or Greifswalderstraße (Ringbahn, S 8, S 9), as well as the tram stations (M2/M4). Grocery stores (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka) are also just a few minutes' walk away.
