This is a large, fully-furnished apartment with high ceilings for one person. 5th floor German, 6th floor American. 110 steps, no elevator due to historical building restrictions.
The room is a duplex room. We will be out of town for most of this time period but will visit for a few days here and there. So, technically this is a WG but only about a 5% WG.
You will have access to about 70 M2 of the apartment. Our bedroom is at the opposite end of the apartment away from the duplex room, with two big rooms between us.

It is a quiet neighborhood yet only a five-minute walk from the U-Bahn, S-Bahn and tram stop at Schönhauser Allee. Many grocery stores, restaurants and cafes in the area.
