Willkommen in unserer 2-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung, in der wunderschönen Rykestraße im Herzen des Kollwitz-Kiez im Prenzlauer Berg.
Die sonnendurchflutete Wohnung bietet ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusch-Wanne und Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, einschließlich Geschirrspüler, und öffnet sich zu einem charmanten Balkon mit Blick auf den ruhigen Innenhof.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert zur Zwischenmiete angeboten, wir wohnen hier bequem zu zweit und vermieten gerne an Einzelpersonen oder auch Pärchen.
Gerne räumen wir die Kommode sowie die Kleiderstange im Schlafzimmer teilweise leer, sodass genug Platz für die Sachen von ein oder auch zwei Personen in der Wohnung ist.

Welcome to our 2-room attic apartment on the beautiful Rykestraße, in the heart of the Kollwitz neighborhood in Prenzlauer Berg.
The sunlit apartment offers a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a shower-tub and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and opens onto a charming balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard.
The apartment is offered fully furnished for temporary rental; we live here comfortably as a couple and are happy to rent it to individuals or couples alike.
We are happy to partially clear out the dresser and the clothes rack in the bedroom, so there is enough space for the belongings of one or two people in the apartment.
Die Tramlinien M2 und M10 erreichst du in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß, während du zu den S-Bahn-Stationen Prenzlauer Allee und U-Bahn-Station Eberswalder Str. gemütliche 8 Minuten läufst.
Zum Einkaufen sind Supermärkte wie Denn's, Lidl und Rewe nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Wer gerne Essen geht, kommt in dieser Gegend auf seine Kosten. In 5 Minuten Laufentfernung gibt es unzählige Restaurants und Cafes. Wir geben dir gerne Empfehlungen.
Und das Beste: Am Wochenende kannst du den Kollwitz-Markt direkt um die Ecke besuchen, wo du alles an regionalen und frischen Zutaten findest, die dein Herz begehrt.

Die Wohnung wird nicht abgegeben.
Verlängerung des Zeitraums wird nicht möglich sein. Kürzere Zeiträume sind möglich.
Die Miete beträgt 1.600€ pro Monat plus 500€ Kaution (d.h. 2.400€ für die 1,5 Monate).
Wie oben genannt, alles möbliert. Die Kaution gilt als Absicherung gegen Schäden oder Entwendungen und kann innerhalb maximal einer Woche zurückgezahlt werden nach Übergabe.

The apartment will not be handed over.
Extension of the period will not be possible. Shorter periods are possible.
Rent is 1.600€ per Month plus 500€ deposit (rent of 2.400€ for the full time period of 1,5 months).
As mentioned above, all furnished. The deposit is a security against damage or theft and can be refunded within a maximum of one week after handover.
