The charming neubau apartment is full of light with access to garden and kids playground, perfect for families with and without kids.
It has a good sized eat-in kitchen with a huge table and couch.You'll find the basics you need - kettle, fridge, oven, and dishes. The kitchen is made of wood and it is possible to either enjoy your food on the kitchen high counter or simply enjoy it in the living room next to the window, facing the outside garden.
The bathroom is adequate with a well powered shower, bathtub and a washing machine.
The bedroom room is 10m² has a double sized bed (180x200cm) with a comfortable mattress. Its a very nice room which is cosy and quiet, The bedroom has 9 small windows that reflect a very interesting light at nights. Of course there is a cover when you want to have privacy.
There is also a hanger which I will empty for the time of your stay.

In this location, you will have access from three sides to Mitte (Kastanienallee), Mauerpark, and Prenzlauerallee. Each of these areas are known for their specific type of bars and restaurants, it offers nice walks to explore.
Located in one of the greatest areas in Berlin in a very calm street and near to very many restaurants and bars, this street is known for good food and friendly neighbourhood. A späti is almost next to the place and several known bakeries nearby (1-5min).
By just a few minutes walk you have everything you need for daily life like Supermarkets; close by are Rewe, Bio Company.
Nearest UBahn is U2 Eberswalderstr. (8 min) or Prenzlauerallee SBahn (10 min) or Tram M10 (10 min) or Tram 12 (5 min). All the above can basically get you anywhere you want to go in Berlin.
The flat is perfect for a professional who would like a good (Non party) building with relaxed neighbours. You will have the flat for your own, cause I will be off till 22. November.
Minimum rent is 22 days (1-22.Nov) for 720€.
I am really looking for someone to respect & take care of that flat. Its a really lovely place to come home to and relax but also nice to to host friends. Rent is inclusive of all bills and a deposit of 500€ is required.
