Welcome to our beautiful and quiet furnished home near Zionskirchplatz, one of the nicest neighborhoods in central Berlin. It is the light-filled Penthouse with 100 square meters, elevator, wooden floors, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds (one German king, one German queen size), two bathrooms and a large living space with kitchen, dining area and lounge with a rooftop terrace and a balcony with views of the Berlin Alex Tower. The apartment is great for couples or two singles, and we have baby equipment (changing station etc.) available. The outdoor area also has greenery, a sofa/lounge area and a table with chairs, and protection from the sun. Since this is our home everything is a-grade and handled with care. You can see the old church tower from the terrace, and it is very quiet and close to the elements and birds. Wifi, Washer, dishwasher etc. all included. We are looking for someone responsible and kind who wants to have a wonderful time in Berlin in one of the nicest areas with a relaxed and interesting vibe, with tons of cafes, restaurants, event spaces and shops all in 5 minutes walking distance and about 15 minutes walk from the city center Alexanderplatz. Dates are somewhat flexible.
