Ich vermiete meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung für einen Zeitraum von ca. 6 Monaten, vom 01.10.2024 bis 31.03.2025, gerne auch nach Absprache etwas länger oder kürzer (bitte nur Frauen). Keine Anmeldung möglich!
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, einschließlich Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und aller notwendigen Alltagsgegenstände, und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon. Der Mauerpark sowie die S- und U-Bahn-Station Gesundbrunnen sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, aber sehr gut angebunden

Die monatliche Miete beträgt 1.100 EUR, inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Eine Kaution in Höhe von 800 EUR ist zu hinterlegen.
Lidl ist fußläufig erreichbar, und im Gesundbrunnen-Center finden sich zahlreiche weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

I am subletting my cozy 2-room apartment for a period of 6 months from 01.10.24 - 31.03.25 - with the possibility of extending or shortening the term a little bit upon request (women only, please).
No registration possible! The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and all other necessary household items, and also features a small balcony. The Mauerpark and the S- and U-Bahn station Gesundbrunnen are just a few minutes' walk away. The neighborhood is quiet yet well-connected.

The rent is 1.100 EUR per month, including all utilities, and a deposit of 800 EUR is required.

Lidl is within walking distance, and the Gesundbrunnen-Center offers many other shopping options.
