Flat available for a short-term stay from August 5 to September 30, with the possibility of staying a bit longer if it's needed, and I am looking for someone to take care of it.
This flat has 2 rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen with huge windows, making it very bright. It is located in the lovely area of Kurt-Schumacher-Platz, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bus connections, and supermarkets right next to the flat.
I'm looking for someone who is quiet and respectful with the neighbours. There are a few families living in the building, so it’s important to maintain a cordial relationship with them and respect their peace.
The flat is fully equipped with everything you require, including a dishwasher, a two-door fridge, furniture, dishes, cutlery, etc. The bathroom is spacious. I will ensure there is plenty of space for your belongings, so you just need to arrive with your suitcase and start living!
The rent is €1250, all-inclusive. We can arrange the details for the period starting from August 5th. This flat is perfect for a transitional period if you are moving to another flat or need a short-term place for work. (Anmeldung NOT possible)

Kurt-Schumacher-Platz, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bus connections, and supermarkets right next to the flat. U6 station is 5 minutes away from the flat, and U8 is 10 minutes away walking. Kaufland is right next to the building.
Bauhaus, and a shopping centre is very close by too, don't hesitate to make any question!
