I am subletting my beautiful and sunny rooftop apartment from 7th of December 24 until 10th of February 25 in Berlin Neukölln.
It has a bedroom with a big bed (1,80x2m mattress) and a bright and cozy living room with a couch and TV area and a desk and monitor for home office, but can also be used as a second bedroom. From the living room you can access the balcony with outside seating furniture.
The flat has a big kitchen with a seating corner and is fully equipped including with a dishwasher. The spacious bathroom has a big corner bathtub, windows and a washing machine.
Fast Wifi is included.

Ich vermiete meine schöne helle Dachgeschosswohnung mit grossem Balkon während Dezember und Januar unter. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit grossem Bett, ein Wohnzimmer, von dem der Balkon mit Sitzgruppe abgeht, eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und Esstisch sowie ein grosses Bad mit Fenstern, grosser Eckbadewanne und Waschmaschine. Schnelles Internet und Arbeitsplatz für Home Office.

The apartment is situated in the popular area of Rixdorf/Neukölln, close to shopping and supermarkets, bars and Körnerpark among other parks. Public transport is within a short walking distance (200 meters to Underground (U7) and S-Bahn (S42, S41, S45, S46, S47) as well as buses.
