Hi there, i‘ll sublet my apartment while visiting my girlfriend during her Erasmus. I‘m somewhat flexible with the dates, you can let me know which period you're interested in. I'll be gone 22.10.2024 to 18.12.2024, but wanted to travel more in January, so subletting it till end of January would also be possible (e.g. 01.11.2024 - 31.01.2025). When I'm gone a friend can give you the keys.

It‘s a nicely furnished 60 m² apartment with 2 bedrooms and a balcony, right next to Nollendorfplatz. Since i work from home there is a great home office setup with a standing desk and big display. Also a new dish washer, airfryer and washing machine with an inbuilt dryer. Winterfeldmarkt is a 5 min walk, Nollendorfplatz as well, there are many bars and restaurants there and at Goltzstr./Akazienstr.. Many U-Bahns are reachable by foot (U1/U3 are a 5min walk to Nollendorfplatz or Kurfürstenstr., U2 is a 5min walk to Bülowstr., U7 is a 12 min walk to Kleistpartk. S1/2/25 are a 15 min walk to Yorckstr.) It’s a great location.
I had already found someone who ditched on short notice, so i am now putting it online for 100€ less than i am actually paying, a rare find in Berlin.
If you have payslips with a net income of 2.200 € we can do a proper paper sublease contract, which i would prefer.
There will be a 500€ deposit, payable after signing the contract.
No anmeldung possible. I would prefer 1 person rather than 2.
