I am subletting my big beautiful apartment in Schöneberg because I will be travelling during this time. It is exactly at S bahn Schöneberg, so transportation towards the city center is at your doorstep!
Perfect for when you are for example looking for a nice place to stay during your (permanent) apartment search in Berlin or for when need a temporarily place to stay for study/work.
Looking for someone renting it out preferably for the whole period.

Ich vermiete meine große und schöne Wohnung in Schöneberg, weil ich in dieser Zeit verreisen werde. Sie befindet sich direkt an der S-Bahn-Station Schöneberg, sodass du schnell überall hinkommst.
Perfekt geeignet, wenn du beispielsweise eine schöne Unterkunft für deine (dauerhafte) Wohnungssuche in Berlin suchst oder wenn du vorübergehend eine Bleibe für Studium oder Arbeit benötigst.
Am liebsten suche ich jemanden, der es für die ganze Zeit mietet.
