We're subletting our beautiful flat for 4 months from December 2024 to March 2025. Dates are flexible: we could extend at the end for some weeks or sublet for a shorter period.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a classic "Altbau" with no upstairs neighbours.
It's very sunny due to its south orientation and high ceilings/windows.
The apartment has 4 large rooms, 2 bathrooms (with bathtub), 1 large kitchen as well as 3 balconies.
It would come fully furnished and with all appliances that you need.
The apartment is within the "Ring" - located nearby the S1 station "Schöneberg" and the wonderful Akazienkiez.
The rent is inclusive of every cost (fast internet, GEZ, etc.).

You can also visit the apartment - we're quite flexible for the timing as we're working mostly from home.
The apartment is suitable for couples, small families or a 2-person flat share.
