Zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Walther-Schreiber-Platz ist nur 5 Haltestellen entfernt und das Rathaus Steglitz sowie die Technische Fachhochschule Berlin sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Gesucht: Ruhige Einzelperson oder Paar (Nichtraucher, ohne Haustiere) für eine langfristige Anmietung (mind. 1 Jahr) Gesicherte Einkommensverhältnisse und positive Schufa (solicitar ahora) vorausgesetzt. Die Mietdauer ist vom 01.10.2024 bis zum 30.09.2025 mit Optionen auf Verlängerung. WG-Modell und Jobcenter-Unterstützung sind leider nicht möglich.

I am renting out my cozy and fully furnished 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a single-family house in Steglitz. The apartment is located in a quiet yet central area. Numerous cafes, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Walther-Schreiber-Platz is only 5 stops away, and the Rathaus Steglitz and the Technical University of Berlin are also easily accessible.
Looking for: A quiet single person or couple (non-smoker, no pets) for a long-term rental (minimum 1 year). Secure income and a positive credit score are required. The rental period is from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, with options for extension. Unfortunately, shared living arrangements (WG) and housing benefits are not possible.
