I am subletting my cozy Tempelhof room for 3 months (1 February 2025 - 30 April 2025). The room is furnished, heated, and comes with a private balcony with direct sunlight ✨
- Room size: 18 m² (balcony not included)
- Furniture included: mattress, couch, coffee table, beanbags, TV stand, chairs and clothing rack
- Shared apartment (1 other flatmate)
- Smoking only allowed on balcony
- No pets
- Language: English — working on German ;)
My partner Max (26) will also be living in the apartment, so the kitchen and bathroom are shared. Max is a lighting designer from Australia who spends his time cooking, bouldering and going to yoga classes. He will be working from home, but only for the first month.
Price: 450€/month all bills included + 450€ deposit that will be returned upon moving out.

The apartment is a 7 minute walk to the alt-templhof station(U6). Of course, the Temelhof Feld is quite close. There is a series of connected parks 1 block away, and a few grocery store options within a few blocks.
