Hello， I am finding a new tenant (nachmieter) for my 2-room apartment （this apartment can register 2 persons） since the middle of May to June. It is a company apartment (the contract will be directly signed with this professional renting company). It is an apartment with an attractive price and good location (traffic connection, environment), but a Wohnberechtigungsschein (WBS) for two person with a maximum monthly income less than 2100 Euro is required. It is special suitable for the student couple with a fixed monthly income (scholarship or contract)
So, the WBS is a pre-request for the potential candidates based on the requirements of the landlord company, and only with that document I can organise visits at appropriate time.

It has an attached kitchen (einbaukueche), independent bathroom with bathtub, balcony with very good view, and a cellar. The apartment is in the 1st floor and there is a supermarket directly located downstairs. Thus, it is very convenient for the daily shopping.
The area is well connected (bus 184 and 248 directly located in downstairs for less than 1 min walking. Besides, the central station S bahn Südkreutz only takes you five minutes walking and you can take the ringbahns there including S42 S45 S41 S46 S2 ICE……..) You can also enjoy the 365-day-opened stores including McDonald, DM, EDEKA et at. In the S bahn Südkreutz. The Kaufland, IKEA, LiDL, ALDI are located around (Maximum 20 min walking ). You can go to the old airport Tempelhof for 20 min walking or 1 stop from Südkreutz. There are lots of funny activities (BBQ, music festival, kite et al.). The St. Joseph hospital is also not so far away (800 meters).
