Die Wohnung besteht aus großem Wohnzimmer (17m²), kleinem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer(8m²), einem Sport/Yoga/Hobbyzimmer(14m²), Küche und einem kleinen Bad mit Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man im daily life so benötigt.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr ruhig, viele arbeiten im Homeoffice. Auch am Wochenende ist es sehr ruhig hier im Haus, demnach wäre es wichtig, dass auch das berücksichtigst.

The apartment consists of a large living room (17m²), a small cozy bedroom (8m²), a sports/yoga/hobby room (14m²), kitchen and a small bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for daily life.
The house community is very quiet, many work from home. Even on weekends it is very quiet here in the house, so it would be important that this is also taken into account.
Die Wohngegend hier ist sehr grün, sehr ruhig und sehr entspannt. Der Plänterwald ist vor der Tür, der Treptower Park auch gleich um die Ecke und auch zur Spree ist es nicht weit. Hervorragend für Sport, Spaziergänge und Abschalten.
Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist der ÖPNV Anschluss hervorragend, in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Ringbahn (S Treptower Park). Der Bus fährt quasi vor der Tür ab, die S-Bahnstation Plänterwald ist 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The residential area here is very green, very quiet and very relaxed. Plänterwald forest is on the doorstep, Treptower Park is just around the corner and it's not far to the Spree either. Excellent for sports, walks and relaxing.
Despite the quiet location, the public transport connection is excellent, in a few minutes you are at the Ringbahn (S Treptower Park). The bus leaves virtually on the doorstep and the Plänterwald S-Bahn station is a 6-minute walk away.
Die Wohnung ist nicht WG geeignet. Pärchen oder Allein-Wohnende werden sich hier aber sicherlich wohlfühlen.
Die komplette Miete inkl. aller Nebenkosten beträgt 900 Euro. Ich würde auch gerne eine Kaution von 600 Euro erheben, just to be sure.
Ich bin Anfang März wieder zurück. ggf. wird sich meine Wohnsituation aber ändern und die Mietdauer kann verlängert werden, wenn alles passt.
Erreichbar bin ich am besten per Mail bzw. über diese Plattform.
The apartment is not suitable for sharing. However, couples or people living alone will certainly feel at home here.
The full rent including all utilities is 900 euros. I would also like to charge a deposit of 600 euros, just to be sure.
I will be back at the beginning of March, but my living situation may change and the rental period can be extended if everything fits.
