Wir vermieten unsere schöne, große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Wedding für 5 Tage, da wir verreisen. Die Wohnung hat neben dem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer und einem Arbeitszimmer auch ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Es gibt zwei Balkone zur Turiner Straße hin und eine sonnige Küche zum Hinterhof. Insgesamt gibt es Schlafgelegenheiten für 4 Personen (2 Einzelbetten, ein Doppelbett). Für 2 Personen würden wir 65 Euro / nacht nehmen, für 4 Personen 85 Euro / Nacht.
We are renting out our beautiful, large 3-room apartment in Wedding for 5 days because we are traveling. In addition to the cozy bedroom and a study, the apartment also has a spacious living room. There are two balconies facing Turiner Straße and a sunny kitchen facing the backyard. In total there is sleeping accommodation for 4 people (2 single beds, one double bed). For 2 people we would take 65 euros / night, for 4 people 85 euros / night.
Die Lage ist zentral im Wedding, in 5 Minuten ist man bei der U6, mit der in kurzer Zeit Berlin-Mitte und Kreuzberg zu erreichen sind. Der Leopoldplatz sowie der Schillerpark sind ebenfalls in Laufnähe. Supermärkte gibt es mehrere um die Ecke und mit der Straßenbahn ist der Volkspark Rehberge und der Plötzensee schnell erreichbar.
The location is central in Wedding; it takes 5 minutes to get to the U6, which quickly reaches Berlin-Mitte and Kreuzberg. The Leopoldplatz and Schillerpark are also within walking distance. There are several supermarkets around the corner, and the Volkspark Rehberge and Plötzensee can be easily reached by tram.
Wir suchen verantwortungsvolle Zwischenmieter_innen, gerne auch eine Familie. Wenn du dich für die Wohnung interessierst, schick mir gerne eine Mail und dann können wir alles weitere entweder hier vor Ort, oder, falls du nicht in Berlin bist, auf Skype besprechen.
