Hi, I'm traveling for two weeks between the 17th and 29th of November. My flat is a lovely freshly renovated 57sqm flat, fit for one or two nice and clean people. It has two balconies, a spacious bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a large 55" TV, and a strong stable internet connection. It's located in Brunnenviertel, a very quiet neighborhood, with transport to all directions (U8 Voltastr., Trams on Bernauerstr/Gesundbrunnen (direct trains to Airport). An excellent location: very central, yet very quiet.
Mauerpark is just a walk outside your door, you can enjoy the border between the East/West on one Balcony and then see the Wedding/West side, with natural light from sunrise to sunset.

-Fixed price for the whole period
-4th floor without elevator (yet...)
-There is construction work next to the flat, but it's not loud
