Es handelt sich um eine renovierte Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und eine große Wohnküche. Sie geht zum HInterhof raus und ist ruhig. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht: eine Küche, eine Waschmaschine, zwei Betten,, einen großen Fernseher, zwei große Schränke, einen Schreibtisch mit Bürosessel und zwei Abstellkammern. Ein Keller ist nicht vorhanden. Im Hinterhof kann man sein Fahrrad abschließen.
Die Wohnung ist am besten geeignet für ein Paar. Sie ist aber auch WG-tauglich, da es zwei Zimmer und zwei Betten gibt. Im Falle einer WG dürfen nur zwei Personen in der Wohnung wohnen.

In den sonstigen Kosten sind die Kosten für Strom (68€) und Internet (36€) abgedeckt. Außerdem erhebe ich für die Überlassung der Möbel und Elektrogeräte eine Gebühr von 120€.
It is a renovated old apartment. The apartment has two rooms and a large living kitchen. It faces the courtyard and is quiet. The apartment includes everything you need: a kitchen, a washing machine, two beds, a large TV, two large closets, a desk with an office chair, and two storage rooms. There is no basement. You can lock your bike in the courtyard.
The apartment is best suited for a couple. However, it is also suitable for shared living (WG), as it has two rooms and two beds. In the case of a shared living arrangement, only two people are allowed to live in the apartment.
The additional costs cover electricity (€68) and internet (€36). Additionally, I charge a fee of €120 for the use of furniture and appliances.

In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sie ist nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Wedding entfernt und fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn Wedding. Es gibt Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants und Imbisse, einen Kiosk. Direkt unten im Haus ist ein vietnamesisches Restaurant, das ich sehr empfehlen kann. Außerdem schaut das Haus auf den Nettelbeckplatz, eine verkehrsberuhigte Zone, also fahren vor dem Haus keine Autos vorbei. In der Nähe ist der Volkspark Humboldthain, etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 15 Minuten bei den Hackeschen Märkten, Museuminsel und der Humboldt-Universität.

The apartment is close to everything you could wish for. It’s only a two-minute walk from the S-Bahn Wedding station and a five-minute walk from the U-Bahn Wedding station. There are supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, snack bars, and a kiosk. There’s a Vietnamese restaurant right downstairs in the building, which I highly recommend. Additionally, the building faces Nettelbeckplatz, a traffic-calmed zone, so no cars pass by in front of the house. The Volkspark Humboldthain is nearby, about a 15-minute walk away.
By bike, you can reach Hackesche Höfe, Museum Island, and Humboldt University in about 15 minutes.
