Mein Mann und ich sind für einen Monat im Ausland und suchen nach einer oder zwei Personen, die unsere Wohnung Untermieten wollen. Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung mit sehr hohen Decken (ca. 3,60 m), einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Tisch, Couch, Stereoanlage und einer Gästematratze und einem kleinen Zimmer mit höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch, Kleiderschränken und -stangen und einem Hochbett.Die Wohnung verfügt zwar über eine separate Toilette, aber kein Badezimmer. Die Dusche ist in der Küche, sodass sich die Wohnung nur für Einzelpersonen, Paare oder sehr gute Freunde eignet. Die Küche verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Milschäumer, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Tiefkühltruhe.
My husband and I are abroad for a month and are looking for one or two people to sublet our apartment. It is an old apartment with very high ceilings (approx. 3.60 m), a large living room with a table, couch, stereo system and a guest mattress and a small room with a height-adjustable desk, closets and clothes rails and a bunk bed. the apartment has a separate toilet but no bathroom. The shower is in the kitchen, so the apartment is only suitable for individuals, couples or very good friends. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, milk frother, kettle, fridge and freezer.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer idealen Lage. Zu Fuß sind Ringbahn, U-Bahn (U6 und U9) und verschiedene Buslinien in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es mit der U-Bahn nur 10 Minuten. Auf der Müllerstraße sind zahlreiche Geschäfte (Supermärkte, Discounter, Gemüseläden, Drogeriemarkt, Post, etc..) und der nette Sprengelkiez mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants ist auch schnell zu erreichen.
The apartment is in a perfect location. The Ringbahn, U-Bahn (U6 and U9) and various bus lines can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The city center is only 10 minutes away by subway. On Müllerstraße there are numerous stores (supermarkets, discount stores, greengrocers, drugstore, post office, etc.) and the nice Sprengelkiez with many cafés and restaurants is also within easy reach.
Frauen und Muslime werden bevorzugt. Für uns ist es wichtig, dass in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird. Unter den Nachbarn besteht ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis und es gibt einen Garten der von allen benutzt werden kann.
Preference is given to women and Muslims. It is important to us that people do not smoke in the apartment. There is a very friendly relationship between the neighbors and a garden that can be used by everyone.
