Das Gebäude erlaubt Haustiere und Untervermietung. Es liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß von U-Osloer (U9 und U8), 5 Minuten zu Fuß von den Straßenbahnen M50 und M13, 15 Minuten zu Fuß von S-Wollanke und vor allem 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom schönen grünen Panke-Kanal entfernt, der bis nach Mitte führt.

Wir sind ein paar Künstler, also ist die Wohnung voller kreativer Ausdrucksformen. Wir sind glücklich, alles zu übermalen oder was auch immer oben zu lassen. Die Wohnung WARM ist 1226 Euro. We are a couple of artists so the flat is full of creative expression. We are happy to paint over everything or leave whatever up. The flat WARM is 1226euro. We cannot afford this gorgeous apartment anymore and need something cheaper and more accessible to our workplaces.
