* First bedroom has a queen size bed, desk and an attached balcony. There's also some weightlifting gear (dumbbell bench + weights).
* Second bedroom/living room has queen size bed, desk, 3-person couch and television. (Durchgangszimmer!)
High-speed internet is of course available.

-- Surroundings --
A park/playground is located right across the streets. For cycling, jogging & swimming there are nice trails next to the river. On one end you can follow the nice trail along the river to Hauptbahnhof/Tiergarten park on the end to a lake (Plötzensee) and a small forest (Volkspark Rehberge). There are many nice places for relaxing in sunny weather.
-- Connections --
There are bus, metro & circle line connections nearby. The underground is just a 2 minute walk away.
The bus to Hauptbahnhof/central station takes only 10 minutes and is just 50 meters away. The circle line is only one stop by underground.
Metroline U6 is ca. 8 minutes walking (or one stop with the U9), it gives you a direct connection to Friedrichstraße, Mehringdamm and others.
-- Groceries --
Just 2 minutes down the street there's an Edeka supermarket for most of your shopping needs. Some other supermarkets can be found within 10 minutes walking distance. There are also many evening shops, backeries, café's & restaurants closeby.
A few vegetable shops offer fresh foods, and there's a farmers market at Leopoldplatz once a week.
