Hi there!
I am a german girl (consider myself as girl still - although I am in my thirties) looking for somebody who would like to rent ONE room in my beautiful sunny fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Wedding for severals months. Minimum rental period is until 30.04.2018.
I am travelling at the moment you will have the flat for yourself. I am planing on traveling until March (maybe longer). When I am back you will have to share the flat with me until the end April.
If we are going to share the flat the rent will be reduced!!
I am looking for ONE reliable, clean and non-smoking flatmate – preferable female. No couples!
As I am planing to go traveling I wont be home for most of the time though and you got the place for yourself.
If I am coming back earlier and we live together the rent will be reduced!!
My cosy flat is bright and calm and contains a everything you need. You can use all household appliances such as tv, dvd player, stereo system, fridge, washing machine, micro wave, toaster and more. Cutlery, bedding and household goods will be provided. Internet access + landline telephone is also available .
The photos are a little bit older and the 2 bedrooms look slightly different as there are new beds. The living room (your room) is about 18 qm2 and comes with a double loft bed.
This The kitchen offers a comfortable dining area. There is a small bathroom with shower and a long corridor.
This is an non-smoker apartment.
The contract will be on my name and has to be a minimum term of 3 months. It might be possible to extend the contract.
Liability insurance would be an advantage (in case you damage something).
A security deposit has to be payed as well.
The landlord needs Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft (a kind of questionnaire for potential tenants to provide landlords with personal details including information about income), earning sheet and a copy of your passport.

The flat is conveniently situated close to the center of Berlin. It is just at the border Wedding/Mitte. Sprengelstraße belongs to Mitte. The house is located in a beautiful area called Sprengelkiez.
The public transport is reachable in about 1-7 min. walking distance. You can get there by SBahn (the circle line S41/S42) or tube (U6/9). I live just in between station Wedding (S+U Bahnhof Wedding U6) and Amrumer Straße (U9)
You live close to the central station (less than 3 km). There is a bus going just in front of the house which goes this direction (Bus 142).
Alexanderplatz is about 5 km away.
You can also reach Charlottenburg (Zoologischer Garten) in 7 minutes by tube.
Also airport Tegel can be reached easily.
The area is a popular place for young people. There are bars, cafes and nice food places. There is a supermarket next door. There is also a pharmacy, copy shop, bakery, doctors, hairdresser, kisok and many more things you may need close by.
The canal "Nordufer" is near by and nice for relaxing and fishing. The lake Plötzensee can be easily reached by bike within 5 minutes. There are plenty parks close by as Rehberge, Göthepark, Schillerpark and more. The big main street Müllerstrasse has all the big shopping center and shops you need.
The contract will be on my name - there might be a possibility to extend it.

The 10 Euro installment payment is for using my washing machine and a single payment.
