Wir vermieten unsere schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im angesagten Wedding für die Zeit vom 28. November 2024 bis 31. Mai 2025 unter. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 1.200 Euro (inkl. Nebenkosten und Internet). Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Zimmer (ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Balkon nach zur Seestraße raus und riesiges ein Wohn-/Ess- und Arbeitszimmer), 2 Bäder (Duschbad und separate Toilette) und eine vollausgestattete Küche (Airfryer, elektrischer Grill, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc.). Sie befindet sich im 4. Stock eines typischen Berliner Altbaus von 1904, hohe Decken und den ganzen Tag viel Sonnenlicht inklusive! Mein Fahrrad kann während der Zeit gerne genutzt werden
Die Wohnung ist für eine Person oder ein Paar ausgerichtet, Homeoffice ist dank Arbeitsecke und schnellem Internet gut möglich.

We sublet our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in hip Wedding from 28 November 2024 to 31 May 2024. The montly ren is 1200 Euro (incl. all bills). The apartment has 2 rooms (a large bedroom with a balcony facing the Seestraße and a huge living/dining and study room), 2 bathrooms (shower and separate toilet), and a fully equipped kitchen (with an air fryer, electric grill, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). It is located on the 4th floor of a typical "Berliner Altbau" from 1904 with high ceilings and lots of sunlight all day! Feel free to use my bicycle to explore the city.
The apartment is designed for one person or a couple, home office is well possible thanks to work corner and fast internet.
Die Wohnung befindet in der belebten Seestraße im Afrikanischen Viertel mitten im schönen Wedding. Nette Cafés, Bars und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spätis, Backshops, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka,...) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. In 6 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der U-Bahnstation Seestraße, die z.B. nur 10 Minuten zur Friedrichstraße braucht. Direkt neben der Bahnstation fahren auch die Straßenbahnlinien M13 und M50 und diverse Busse (u.a. zum HBF) ab. Zum Volkspark Rehberge und dem Plötzensee sind es zu Fuß 15 Minuten.

The apartment is located in the lively Seestraße in the middle of beautiful Wedding. Nice cafes, bars and many shopping opportunities (small supermarkets, Backshops, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka,...) are near by. In 6 minutes you can walk to the subway station Seestraße, which takes only 10 minutes to Friedrichstraße. The Straßenbahn lines M13 and M50 and various buses (including to the main train station) also leave directly next to the subway station. An awesome park (Volkspark Rehberge) and a lake (Plötzensee) are a 15-minute walk away.
We rent the apartment exclusively for the mentioned period. The total rent includes all other costs (electricity, water, internet). The apartment is fully furnished, including bed linen and towels. In the courtyard, there is storage space for bicycles.
Attention: The apartment building is very quiet, parties are therefore not allowed.
