El apartamento está situado en el corazón del antiguo Berlín Occidental. La calle Ku'damm y Wilmersodrfer están cerca. La conexión es óptima, en U-Bhf Fehrbelliner Platz cruza U3 y U7. El Ringbahn está a poca distancia (10min al S-Hohenzollerndamm).

Los domingos hay un mercado de pulgas y el fin de semana comida tailandesa en el Parque Prusia a la vuelta de la esquina.
Puede llegar al Wilmersdorfer Volkspark a pie. El Grunewald también puede ser alcanzado dentro de 15min por transporte público.

Voll möblierte, 4- Zimmer große Wohnung im 3.Stock. Die Wohnung enthält neben Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer auch ein kleines und ein großes Arbeitszimmer/Gästezimmer mit Gästebett sowie einen Balkon zum Hinterhof. Zwei Zimmer liegen zur vielbefahrenden Straße, Schlafzimmer und kleines Arbeitszimmer (kein Foto vorhanden) gehen zum Hinterhof und sind sehr ruhig, sowie auch Küche und Badezimmer.
Strom, Internet und Nebenkosten sind im Preis mit drin.

Wir suchen eine bzw. zwei verlässliche Personen! Keine Tiere und Raucher/innen bitte!

In addition to the bedroom and living room, the apartment features both a small and a large study/guest room with a guest bed, as well as a balcony facing the courtyard. Two rooms face a busy street, while the bedroom and small study (no photo available) face the courtyard and are very quiet, as are the kitchen and bathroom.
Electricity, internet, and utilities are included in the price.

Lage

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Herzen vom ehemaligen West-Berlin. Ku'damm und Wilmersodrfer Straße sind in der Nähe. Die Anbindung ist optimal, am U-Bhf Fehrbelliner Platz kreuzen sich U3 und U7. Die Ringbahn ist fußläufig erreichbar (10min zum S-Hohenzollerndamm).

Sonntags gibt es einen Flohmarkt und am Wochenende thailändisches Essen im Preußenpark um die Ecke.
Wer gerne ins Grüne geht kann fußläufig entfernt den Wilmersdorfer Volkspark erreichen. Der Grunewald lässt sich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ebenfalls innerhalb von 15Minuten erreichen.

There is a flea market on Sundays and Thai food at the weekend in Preußenpark around the corner.
If you like going out into the countryside, the Wilmersdorfer Volkspark is within walking distance. The Grunewald forest can also be reached within 15 minutes by public transport.
