The appartment is on the 4th floor and has a sunny south facing balcony. It comes fully furnished including full cooking equipment, stove, microwave, dishwasher, towels, sheets, workdesk with monitor, WIFI, TV. You basically don't need anything. I've also got plenty of storage place in case u come with plenty of stuff.
Very well situated. Subway, bus, Rossmann, multiple grocery stores, restaurants and cafes just in front of the door. Edeka supermarket (100m) is open 24h from Monday to Saturday. Lovely Volkspark Wilmersdorf and a gym are 5 min by foot. Shopping areas Kurfürstendamm and Schlossstr. in Steglitz can be reached in 10-15 min by public transport.
I wanna sublet my fully furnished 2 room apartment to a trustworthy person or couple for the stated period. For the right candidate start and end dates might be flexible about a few days. So don't hesitate to enquire if the dates doesn't exactly match your criteria. The total rent (all bills included) for the whole period will be 1400€. The daily rate is 35€. A simple contract together with a downpayment in exchange for the keys will be made asap.
