I already received plenty of messages, so I won't be replying to any new messages.
I'm currently living in Denmark and subletting my beautiful and quiet apartment in Zehlendorf, surrounded by trees.
The apartment has one large room that is used as bedroom, living room and dining room, and a smaller office room.
The office gets lots of sun in the morning and the bedroom lots of sun in the afternoon.
There's a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave and fridge.
There's a washing machine, and drying racks.
There is a large basement as well, if you need to store some things.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
There's a small balcony that is great to chill in the summer.
The flat has lots of plants, that I invite you to take care of.
The apartment is in the outskirts of Berlin. There's a bus a minute away which runs all night, but I typically cycle to the Zehlendorf S-Bahn station, which puts me in the center in 25 minutes.
The apartment is surrounded by trees, so you'll literally wake up and see the squirrels jumping aroud. It's also close to forests and to the lakes (Schlachtensee and Krume Lanke are popular in the summer).
The closest supermarket is 2 minutes away, with several others close to the S-Bahn station.
The building is only 2 stories high, so you won't have many neighbours.
I'm initially sub-letting the flat for 6 months, but It's possible that I might extend my stay. If that happens, we can check-in a couple months prior to decide whether we should extend the sub-letting.
Anmeldung is possible for 1 person or 1 couple.
I'm currently away, but will be back around mid-to-late March if you'd like to visit the apartment.
