We are subletting our beautiful and quiet 75sqm flat in Wedding. It has a very nice kitchen-dinning-living room space with a terrace and private garden (plus a big shared one), 2 bedrooms and a big bathroom with bathtub and shower. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The neighbours are very friendly. We are a family with 2 little girls, so the space works perfectly for children, but also for one or 2 persons.
(2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the second one with 2 single beds).
There are supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as cultural centers as Silent Green. You can find beautiful Humboldhain and Schillers parks. But the best is the 3 minutes walking distance from the Panke canal.

It is close to 2 Ubahn stations (lines 9 and 6) and 2 Sbahn stations (lines S1 and Ring), so very well connected.

The flat is perfect to spend a warm winter season and to discover de B side of Wedding!

Available from December 8th, the price will be 1.400 Euros monthly, everything incl. (+ 500€ security deposit)
