The flat has a cozy vibe in the Heart of Neukölln next to Schillerkiez.
It has a kitchen with all what you might need incl. coffee, oil, general stuff to cook. Heating and cooking is working with Gas.
The small bathroom (not bath but shower) includes a washing machine, shampoo, Duschgel and towels.
In the sleeping room you have a wardrobe for your stuff, in the living room you have a big desc where I usually work and of course WiFi.
One note: In the backyard is a Kindergarden located. This flat is just for people who leave the house during the day to go to work or do other stuff.
If you have any further questions, just let me know!
It's 5min to go to the well known "Tempelhofer Feld" where you can run, play, meet friends, party, sit, walk and drink in nice cafés and bars in Schillerkiez. I have lots of recommendations in case you are interested.
The S-Bahn (Hermannstraße) is also just 5 min to go, so you can jump around Berlin as easy as it can be.
One important note:
In the backyard is a Kindergarden located. The children can be quite loud between 10.00 and 16.00.
If you need to work or you are looking for quiet days in the flat - look for something else.
This offer is mostly for Tourists that are anyways outside in town to discover the city or for people that go to work during the day.
