We are subletting our cozy, spacious and illuminated flat with an all day sun balcony over Christmas ( min. 3 nights ).
The flat (86m², 3 rooms, bathroom and kitchen) is suitable for 2-4 persons.

The apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln with tons of great bars, cafés, restaurants, spätis, biomarket and clubs in the neighborhood. Public transportation with various directions is available. The nearest subway stop is at Hermannplatz U7/ U8 (5 minutes walk) and the Ringbahn (S41) at Sbahnhof Neukölln. The bus stops are practically in front of the house.
Only 5 minutes walk to Landwehrkanal with beautiful Maybachufer, Paul Lincke Ufer and its weekly flea markets and food market. Close to Görlitzer Park, Tempelhofer Feld.
